San Engineering performed structural engineering for spillways for two stormwater reservoir dams in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The spillways were designed to resist hydraulic forces for a major storm event, and included reinforced concrete slope armoring and wiers which controlled the outfall water surface elevation. The project was completed on an accelerated schedule.
